Connectcounty uplifted from GN3 status

KUALA LUMPUR: CONNECTCOUNTY HOLDINGS BHD [] will be uplifted from its Guidance Note 3 (GN3) status on Wednesday, Sept 28 after it completed the regularisation of its financial condition.

Bursa Malaysia Securities said on Tuesday the company had regularised its financial condition and no longer triggered any of the criteria under Rule 8.04(8) and GN3 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.

'The company will be uplifted from being classified as a GN3 company effective Sept 28,' it said.

Connectcounty's rights issue of 60.84 million rights shares of 10 sen each with 60.84 million free warrants will start trading on Wednesday.

The rights shares and warrants were issued on the basis of three rights shares and three warrants for every four shares held at 10 sen per right share.
