KUALA LUMPUR: PFM Capital Sdn Bhd disposed of 1.79 million SANICHI TECHNOLOGY [] BHD [] shares in the open market on July 25, a filing to Bursa Malaysia showed.
The filing on Monday, Aug 1 showed that its direct stake in the Johor Baru-based company was reduced to 18.95% or 30.98 million shares after the disposal.
Sanichi designs and fabricates precision moulds and tooling. It is also involved in plastic injection and conventional plastic injection moulds
The share price closed at four sen on July 25.
