KUALA LUMPUR: NOTION VTEC BHD [] said its controlling shareholders were still in negotiations with various parties over the latter's interest to acquire the business or equity interest in the company.
It said on Monday, Aug 1 that it was informed by the shareholders that 'the negotiations with various parties are still on-going'.
Notion VTec said it would make the necessary announcement should there be any matter that required an immediate disclosure.
To recap on July 1, the company said these shareholders had abandoned negotiations to dispose of their business/equity interest after talks with the interested party fell through.
Notion VTec then said it was informed by the controlling shareholders that 'they have terminated negotiations with the interested party due to disagreement over certain terms and conditions'.
