KUALA LUMPUR: SEALINK INTERNATIONAL BHD [] has recommended a final single tier tax exempt dividend of 2.7 sen per share for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2010.
It said on Tuesday, April 26 the final single tier tax exempt dividend totalled RM13.50 million and was subjected to the shareholders' approval at its AGM.
The dividend entitlement date is Sept 12 and payment date Sept 28.
