KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the shares of Eastern Pacific Industrial Corp Bhd has been suspended in the afternoon session on Wednesday, Aug 24.
The company said the suspension, which effective at 11.51am on Wednesday, was for 'a very material announcement for EPIC' to be made after market close.
Terengganu Incorporated Sdn Bhd is the major shareholder of EPIC with 40.64% or 67.76 million shares.
AHMAD ZAKI RESOURCES BHD [] is the second largest shareholder with 321.57% or 5.97 million shares.
EPIC's principal activities are managing a petroleum supply base, providing and maintaining port services and facilities, tubular threading and ancillary services, onshore and offshore minor fabrication and maintenance services and providing information communication TECHNOLOGY [] servcies.
