Kulim, QSR, KFC fall on unattractive offer

KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of Kulim Bhd, QSR BRANDS BHD [] and KFC Holdings Bhd were among the major losers in afternoon trade on Monday, Nov 22, as investors sold following the unattractive indicative offer price for QSR.

At 3.18pm, Kulim fell 52 sen to RM13.02 with 639,900 shares done. QSR lost 35 sen to RM5.42 while KFCH shed 26 sen to RM3.99 and KFCH-WA 21 sen lower at RM2.04.

Idaman Saga, a private company owned by Tan Sri Halim Saad and Datuk Che Mokhtar Che Ali had made an indicative offer of RM5.60 a share for all of QSR's entire business
